Yes. Pet-only rides are available. We coordinate pickup and drop-off details with you and provide updates during the journey.
Are rides private or shared?+
City Rover provides private, prearranged transportation. Your booking is planned around your pet's specific trip and needs.
Do you transport pets outside New York City?+
Yes. Long-distance requests may include Long Island, the Hamptons, Westchester, New Jersey, Connecticut, and other destinations by arrangement.
How much does a ride cost?+
Each trip is quoted individually based on locations, timing, distance, pet needs, and any requested waiting or assistance.
Can you wait during an appointment?+
Waiting and round-trip service can be requested. Please include the expected appointment duration so we can confirm availability.
How far in advance should I book?+
Advance booking is recommended, especially for airports and long-distance rides. We may also be able to help with time-sensitive requests depending on availability.
